We hope you enjoy using Medicare Supplies to shop. To help us make sure we live up to your expectations, here are our delivery and return policies.

Delivery
For any transactions totaling €50 or more, we offer FREE shipping to all of Malta & Gozo.
Deliveries are limited to the workweek. Delivery costs are established at the time of ordering and are subject to change. Orders must be placed before noon in order for the delivery time estimate to apply.  Orders placed after midnight on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.

Returns
Medicare Supplies should make you entirely satisfied, according to us. In the event that you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept the timely return of any unused or flawed goods. It is not possible to return used goods unless they are damaged. 

 

Ordering
Please note that currently orders can be only be made either to our facebook page, instagram page or throught the contact us secion. We do not support any direct orders through website at the moement.
